Technology skills are in demand—and no longer confined to a single industry. Are you ready to explore all the places IT skills can take you?

Programming & Software Development—This pathway prepares students to design, develop, implement, and maintain computer systems and software, requiring knowledge of computer operating systems, programming and markup languages (JAVA, Python, C++, HTML5/CSS), and software development.

Software Solutions—The classes required in this pathway are Computer Science and Digital Literacy IC3 Computing Fundamentals. Additionally, students can choose to enjoy electives such as Virtual Reality and Python Programming. Students exit the program taking the IC3 GS5 Digital Literacy Computing Fundamentals certification exam through Certiport at no cost to them. This globally recognized certificate demonstrates that students are ready to tackle the workforce with a 21st century technical skill set. Should students be interested in striving for a higher-level job ready certification we offer a Computing Fundamentals course, which prepares students to earn the prestigious CompTIA certificate known as IT Fundamentals+. For any student interested in a career within the Software Solutions cluster, WYVA has built a program that will propel them forward on their path to a successful future in technology.
