Which pathway is offered?
Legal & Law Enforcement—This pathway prepares students for careers in law enforcement with duties that range from controlling traffic, preventing and investigating crimes, maintaining order, and enforcing laws to issuing traffic summonses, investigating accidents, presenting evidence in court, serving legal documents, and apprehending, arresting, and processing prisoners. Students are also exposed to careers in legal services, which affect nearly every aspect of society, from buying a home to crossing the street. Because they hold such vital positions of great responsibility, those in the legal services field must adhere to a strict code of ethics.
